From Uji, Kyoto, our Premium Matcha is made exclusively from the Okumidori cultivar, using only first-harvest leaves. Carefully stone-milled, it has a rich, deep flavour with noticeable umami, subtle nuttiness, and a smooth finish.
Made from high-quality first-harvest leaves, this is a more refined matcha with a little more depth and character than our House Matcha. It’s bold and full-bodied, but still smooth and approachable, making it a great choice if you’re looking to explore a more elevated matcha.
