Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@whiskedmatcha.com with proof of the issue so we may review the situation.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Any shipping claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
