Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within our standard fulfillment timeframe. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the package safely and on time.

Whisked is not liable for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

• Damage that occurs during transit

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

We take care to package all orders securely to help prevent damage; however, we cannot control how packages are handled once they leave our facility.
